OUR MISSION

We are a family-run business dedicated to transforming waste management into a more responsible and environmentally conscious service. Although DMO is still a growing business, we are passionate about doing things properly from day one providing reliable waste removal, house clearances, garden waste collections and removals with a strong focus on recycling, legal disposal and honest customer service. Every project we undertake is carried out with care, professionalism and pride, helping contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future for our community.

The Process of Responsible Disposal

Initial Assessment

We begin by assessing the waste and materials involved so we can plan the safest, most efficient and most environmentally responsible way to carry out the job.

Initial assessments are usually carried out either by visiting the site in person or through photos and videos sent to us via our website, text message or our FaceBook. This helps us provide quicker quotes, organise labour and disposal methods before arriving.

We always appreciate customers being as accurate and honest as possible when sending images of the waste, as unexpected additional waste or undisclosed items can affect loading times, disposal costs and the overall job.

Material Sorting

We always try where possible to separate recyclable materials from general waste to help improve recycling and make waste disposal more organised and efficient.

As a growing family-run business, we believe in carrying out collections responsibly and following the Environment Agency’s recommended duty of care principles for waste management and disposal, one of the reasons we also work closely with local charities, helping give reusable items a second life rather than simply sending everything for disposal.

Secure Disposal

From the very beginning, DMO wanted to build long-term relationships with trusted local waste transfer stations rather than using different sites for every job.

Wherever possible, we aim to work consistently with the same facilities to help maintain organised disposal processes and better understand how waste can be handled more efficiently and responsibly.

We have been very fortunate to work closely with Collard Group, whose facilities have helped us continue learning and improving as a growing business.
