1. Introduction
Welcome to DMO Waste Management & Removals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services in the UK. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide waste clearance, recycling, and removal services, including:
- House and furniture clearances
- Garden waste removal
- Commercial and office waste management
- Responsible disposal and recycling
3. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer regarding volume and waste type.
- We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual waste differs significantly from the description.
- All prices are subject to current UK waste disposal and landfill tax rates.
4. Prohibited Materials
Unless specifically agreed in writing, we cannot accept hazardous waste, including but not limited to:
- Asbestos
- Chemicals and paints
- Medical waste
- Gas canisters
5. Access and Permissions
The customer must ensure clear access to the waste. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits if waste is left on public land prior to collection.
6. Liability and Insurance
DMO Waste Management & Removals is fully insured for transport and waste disposal. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing structural damage or issues caused by the nature of the waste itself.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection time to avoid a call-out fee.
8. Waste Transfer Notes
In accordance with UK law, a Waste Transfer Note (WTN) will be provided for all commercial waste collections to ensure compliance with duty of care regulations.
